Artwork Information Sheet
Following is information on the formats and procedures for supplying files to our art department. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at 203-1420.

 Note: We are unable to accept logos or artwork created in word processing applications.

 Important tips on submitting your own artwork files:
  • vector graphics are the ideal choice (Illustrator preferred)
  • photographic images must be in TIFF or EPS format
  • JPEG and GIF images are not acceptable formats and will have to be re-built
  • all support files, imported images or graphics, and fonts must be sent along with artwork files
  • always provide a hard copy proof with your files
  • always list all Pantone (PMS) colours used
  • please stuff (.sit) or zip (.zip) all files prior to sending by e-mail.
